App Update: Landscape + iPhoneX Fix

Hello TTW!  We've got a new update ready for you in the App Store, with a some helpful improvements and a very important fix for the iPhone X. To get it, just open the App Store, search for Through the Word, and tap the Update button. The latest update is version 2.0.10.  We're constantly making improvements and adding features, so check for those often, or you can set your phone to check for updates automatically.

Landscape Mode for Tablets! By popular demand, the new update allows you to turn your device to the side and use the app in landscape mode! While phone users may not find the new layout ideal (we still need to mod the graphic elements), this one's really for tablet users. Now you can prop it up, and type your journal on your keyboard!

TTW Backpacks for May Donors! We're still giving away our new cinch-strap backpacks with the TTW logo as a thank you to for every donation this month. We're raising funds for the big TTW Website 2.0 update. The new website will match the new app, and allow you to login and use your account on just about any device. For all of you iPhone X users, we want to apologize for the graphics issue. It's resolved now, but it was a real pain for the last couple weeks. We actually made the fix as soon as it was reported, but ran into a totally separate issue with the compiler software. The software company was unresponsive, and left a bunch of developers hanging for several weeks. I know, I know - "you lost me at compiler," but suffice it to say it was a technical pain in the iPhone. But we persevered, reconfigured the app to use another compiler, and now we're back on track!

  1. My android phone updated. When I try to go to the “login here” page, I get

    Application Error
    net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
    (file:///auth)


    Now I can’t log into the app on my phone. Thank God the iPad app is working.

    1. Hello! Sorry for the frustration:( You can try closing and opening the app or uninstalling/reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work you can email us your user name email and we can go from there. Glad the iPad is working!-TTW team
